Purchased documents are normally kept indefinitely. Confirming account deletion permanently removes your drafts, answers, PDFs and HTML; they cannot be recovered.

Download all files and check that your copies open first. In-app offline copies are not external backups.

Merchant receipts and transaction records are retained separately for accounting. Former customer access and links are revoked. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases.
